Chairman JPC
The Japan Productivity Center (JPC) is a non-profit organization (NPO) and non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 1955 to promote the Productivity Movement in Japan under its Three Guiding Principles. The JPC, at the corporate level, actively works to implement the latest management system based on cooperation between labor and management, introduce effective management renovation, train human resources, and also present public policy proposals for socio-economic reform in Japan.
As the only institution of its kind in Japan, the JPC is committed to making a significant contribution to socio-economic development in Japan and throughout the world.

First Report of Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI)
(October 6, 2009)

The Service Productivity & Innovation for Growth (SPRING) developed the Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI ) for cross-industry comparison and analysis, and recently conducted a survey in 8 key segments of the service industry (i.e. mobile phone carriers, convenience stores, apparel specialty stores, household items & furniture specialty stores, business hotels (economy hotels), city hotels (upscale hotels), delivery service, leisure & event) to measure customer satisfaction levels. <more>

JPC to Start Productivity Improvement Project in Tunisia
(October 6, 2009)

Japan Productivity Center (President, Mr. Tsuneaki Taniguchi.) announced that it would participate in the "Quality & Productivity Improvement Project" for Tunisia for 3 years until 2012. This project is part of technical assistance program of the Japanese government and JICA. <more>
