Searching for the Perfect Labor-Management Relations System

This committee studies current issues on management, employment and labor. The committee also issues timely proposals on such labor-management issues as employment and possible countermeasure to improve social productivity. The result of its activities is compiled in the White Paper of Productivity for publication.
