Chairman: Ikujiro Nonaka, Professor Emeritus, Hitotsubashi University   The Management Innovation Committee conducts studies on top management styles capable of promoting sustainable management innovations with the aim of creating a business environment that will enable Japanese businesses to flourish into the future. One of the priority topics is the development of next-generation leaders who can exert international competitiveness. The committee also conducts surveys of the best practices of internationally competitive companies. The studies and surveys together help identify issues and prescriptions for Japanese businesses in modern society.
