The Second JCSI Survey

The Service Productivity & Innovation for Growth (SPRING) announced the result of the second survey of Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI.) Development of the JCSI began in FY 2007. Its aim is to strengthen competitiveness and improve productivity in the Japanese service industry. So far, the JCSI's survey covered more than 250 companies in 27 industries. <more>
