The Service Productivity & Innovation for Growth (SPRING) runs Japan High-Service Award so that awarding and publicizing of best-practices that leads to innovation and productivity improvement will increase awareness of companies in the service industry and that they would share and introduce the practices. SPRING announced 33 companies that received the third "Japan 300 High-Service Award." All companies challenged the status quo and realized innovation and productivity improvement with creativity and ingenuity.
