Contribution
in creating new socio-labor policies and labor-management relations
for a new era
The Social and Labor Relations Department offers various educational
programs for labor unions and corporate personnel departments, and
also fosters exchanges with major overseas labor unions. The Employment
System Research Center was established within the JPC-SED with the
objective of conducting research into wages and other employment
conditions.
In coordination with the National Trade Union Productivity Congress
(membership of approximately 6,500,000 workers) which studies organized
labor and labor productivity from the standpoint of labor unions,
the department addresses issues related to new socio-labor policies
and ideal labor-management relations to meet the demands of the new era.
