Promoting
physical and mental wellbeing in the working population
The Mental Health Research Institute supports businesses in their
building of a healthy organization that enhances the mental wellbeing
of each and every employee, and enables them to fully realize their
potentials. Its major activity is represented by the JPC-SED Mental
Health Inventory (JMI), a survey tool for mental healthcare. The
JMI has been utilized by 2,000,000 personnel in a considerable number
of organizations. Respecting the rights of individuals, personal
diagnoses are given only to individuals, while the organizations
to which they belong receive the results of organizational analysis. The Institute
also provides training for managers and public seminars on the enhancement
of mental health in the workplace.
